FUKU means good fortune.

FUKU Coffee started with a simple, slightly stubborn idea: that India deserved better coffee — beans roasted with care, sold honestly, and delivered fresh. Not stale supermarket bricks. Not overpriced cafe nostalgia. Just good coffee, made with intention.

We named our blends after Japanese words for sun, light, and warmth — YOKO, KIYO, YUHI — because that's what a great cup feels like at 7am. From our small roastery in Surat, we roast in batches of 5kg or less, ship within 48 hours, and personally read every WhatsApp message that comes in.

How fresh are the beans when they arrive?

Every bag is roasted within 48 hours of shipping. We don't keep large inventories. The roast date is printed on the back of every bag.

Whole bean or ground?

Both are available — leave us a note on WhatsApp or in your order. If you want ground, tell us your brew method (French press, pour-over, moka, espresso) and we'll grind accordingly.

How do I store coffee at home?

Airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Skip the fridge — that introduces humidity. Whole beans stay fresh ~3 weeks after roasting; ground coffee, ~2 weeks.

How does WhatsApp ordering work?

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver only in Surat. Delivery is free within a 5 km radius of Piplod (covers Piplod, Vesu, Citylight, Athwa). Other Surat pincodes: a small ₹50 delivery fee. Outside Surat? Message us on WhatsApp — we can arrange a courier and confirm the cost with you before dispatch.

Do you offer wholesale or cafe partnerships?

Yes. We supply over a dozen independent cafes across Gujarat. Drop us a WhatsApp message with your venue and volume needs — we'll send pricing within the day.

Is your cold brew sweetened?

Never. Just water and coffee — no sugar, no preservatives. Sweetness comes naturally from the slow extraction. Keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days of opening.

What's your return policy?

If a bag arrives damaged or you're unhappy with it, message us within 7 days on WhatsApp. We'll replace or refund — no forms, no fuss.
